"Cream
of the crop" - Star Tribune
"Here
it is, that wonderful Fringe experience that doesn’t feel
like a Fringe show. Jeremiah Gamble has written a elegiac musical
about a man who tries to forget his sad life by running away to
Christmas, Ohio, and assuming a new name. He and Vanessa Gamble
portray a stable of funny, sweet characters with spot-on detail
— such as a nerdy video-store clerk bent on vengeance. With
a musical assist from Michael Pearce Donley (“Triple Espresso”),
this show is ready for another life itself. See it here first."

"Gamble
and his wife, Vanessa are capable and appealing performers"
with "winning presences"
- Dominic Papatola, St. Paul Pioneer Press
"A
show that is more about wanting to forget than actually forgetting,
this romantic musical comedy begins by introducing us to Jack,
whose tragic past is diagrammed on a dry-erase board. Naturally,
Jack decides to obliterate his memory and move to the Rockwell-esque
town of Christmas, OH. Unfortunately (and fortunately) for him,
his past, present, and future soon catch up. A play with many
characters performed by a cast of two- the talented and occasionally
gleeful Vanessa and Jeremiah Gamble."

5 stars: "JACK is unforgettable!" by Lori Bunce: Wow!
I loved this show -- complete with a fast paced story, quirky
and very funny characters, great music, intrigue & love! And
a sneak peek back in time to Gilligan's Island just added to the
fun! Now sit right back and you'll hear a tale...
5 stars: "Stunning" by Kristi Lawless: These folks
have jaw-dropping talent. The show was humerous, moving, and had
a nice message without being too preachy. Awesome in every way.
Loved the use of the whiteboards for simple set changes. Highly
recommended.
5 stars: "Get Jacked" by Nuke Fool: A funny, engaging
musical about a man trying to forget his life. Jeremiah and Vanessa
Gamble once again rise to the top of the Fringe performances.
Jeremiah, who co-wrote the sleeper hit “The Cubicle”
in last year's Fringe, has written a storyline with good pace
and sharp, humorous lyrics which had the audience laughing throughout
the performance. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
5 stars:
"Forgot something so simple could be so good" by Front
Row and center: A candidate for one of the Fringe best. It's
amazing that a simple story line can be so entertaining. The characters,
songs and music were a perfect blend. A must-see performance.
4 1/2 stars: "I'll Remember This Show" by Franklin Heller:
The wonderful variety and quality of characters, the strong
dialog, and wonderful musical numbers made this a very exciting
and enjoyable show. The storyline was compelling, although somewhat
predictable. I strongly recommend taking the time to see this
show - you won't be disappointed and you will have a very fun
hour!
